TO THANK MINISTER

A letter of appreciation and thanks for his part in bringing an air mail and passenger service to Northland is to be sent to the Minister in charge of Civil Aviation (Mr Jones) by the Kai kohe Chamber of Commerce. “I think we have our air service today largely through Mr Jones' efforts,” remarked the chamber president (Mr V. F. Cracknell), proposing that the letter be sent.
