<Rcc. 11 a.m.) LONDON, March 5. The Navy estimates for 1947-43 total £197.000,000 compared with £255.000.000 in 1946-47. The estimated maximum number of officers, seamen, boys and Royal Marines in 1947-48 is i 91.000. which is a decrease of 299,000.
