15 Dead In U.S. Train Smash

(10 a.m.) PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 13. When the Pennsylvania flier “Golden Triangle’’ crashed into a derailed freight train near Mansfield, Ohio, this morning at least 15 were Rilled and 50 injured, according to official figures. Five soldiers were among the killed. They were being transported from Fort Dix, New Jersey, to Chicago. A railway spokesman said earlier that one freight train stalled and then another crashed into it, derailing ?.5 .carriages. ft was into this pile-up that the “Golden Triangle” smashed.
