Wind Reduces Sprint Times

A strong head wind reduced times for the sprint events conducted by the Whangarei Amateur Athletic Club at its weekly meet at the High School ground last evening. Close finishes were the order, that in the mile being particularly exciting. The club will be making its headquarters at Kensington Park in the future and last evening’s gathering was the last on the High School ground. Results are:
