Union Fears Loss Of Work
(P.A.) DUNEDIN. This Day. Unless building supplies become available unemployment in the building trade looms in the future. A warning of this was contained in a letter sent to the Minister of Works (Mr Semple) by the Otago branch of the Bricklayers’ Union. Unemployment in the building trade when the housing shortage was so acute would he calamitous. ,
