German Plant For Russia

(Rec. 10.0 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 6. Four Russian ships sailed from Bremen in the past week taking to Russia 6494 tons of Industrial equipment from the United States zone , of Germany, says the Berlin correspondent of the Associated Press. The United States Military Government, announcing the sailings, said the dismantlings would be discontinued until a Four Power agreement was reached on the administration of Germany as an economic unit. Shipments over the past week included 2565 tons of cranes and machine tools from shipyards, 3929 tons of. equipment from the Gensdorg power plant near Munich, and the Kugelfischen ball bearing plant, Schweinfurt.

The Berlin correspondent of the British United Press says the dismantling and shipping of the Zeiss optical works, Jena, began yesterday, when 60 tons were shipped to Russia.
