Fodder Shipment For Whangorei
The largest shipment of fodder to be brought to Whangorei for some time acrived on the Northern Steamship Company's vessel Ranginui this morning.
In addition to a considerable quantity of stock meals and similar fodder, more than 200 bags of chaff and 200 bales of good quality meadow hay were included in the cargo.
Smaller shipments of fodder from the South Island have arrived at Whangarei by coastal steamer from time to time. but. this morning's cargo was the most substantial received for a considerable time.
