(P.A.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The Health Department is seeking from British authorities details of the new aural aid being produced by the Ministry of Health in the United Kingdom. This, according to a Press message in the middle of May, was a small, compact apparatus giving satisfactory performance and costing less than £lO. The Minister of Health (Mr Nordmeyer) said today that immediately the Press report was received, instructions were issued to the Department to institute inquiries with a view to the procurement of .supplies for this country. “Hard of hearing in the Dominion, and unfortunately there are many of them, have my assurance that if it is at all possible to secure supplies of this aid for New Zealand, the Government will not hesitate to do so,” said the Minister.-
