<11.30 a.m.) HELSINKI, April 1. Mr Herbert Hoover said: “Finnish food stocks will be exhausted by the end of June. The new harvest is expected in September. “To fill this gap. the Finnish people, who are already dangerously undernourished. must receive help very quickly."
