Chinese Officials Leaving Chungchun
'Rec. 11.30 a.mj PEIPING, Mar. 31. : In a second mass withdrawal since ! November virtually all Chinese Gov- ! ernment officials left Changchun where ! they had been sent to assume the pol- | iticai and economic administration of I Manchuria.
Their retirement is due to a growing secise of insecurity as the Russians withdrew and Chinese Communists are reported to be gathered in and □round Changchun.
