Avondale Safe Robbery

(Special) AUCKLAND, This Day

A safe was removed from the No. 3 pottery of the Amalgamated Brick and Pipe Co.. Ltd., at Avondale on Friday night. A search was conducted by the police and later in the morning the safe was found opened and the money it contained missing.

Entry was gained to the office by breaking a window and then opening the door from the inside.
