Italians Shorn Of High Rank
(Rec. 11.30 a.m.) ROME. Mar. 29 The Italian High Court has deprived Marshal Badoglio of the rank of Senator. He became a senator for life in 1919. The Duke of Acquarone. who was King Victor Emmanuel's personal adviser during the 1943 crisis, was similarly deprived.
