WAR SERVICE GRATUITY FORMS
(Special) WELLINGTON, This Day Forms of application for payment of the war service gratuity would be available at all post offices throughout the Dominion on and after Thursday, stated the Minister for Defence (Mr Jones) tonight. Every person to whom the gratuity is payable must make written application for it oil the prescribed forms.
