Young Man’s Offences
The case would be referred to the Minister of Justice to ascertain whether any mental treatment was necessary/said Mr Justice Cornish yesterday in remanding Bernard George Rountree, a young man, committed from Northland. He had pleaded guilty to four charges of indecent assault on a male.
