Wool Experts Coming

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Two leading British experts on wool would arrive in New Zealand shortly, stated the secretary of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (Dr E. Marsden). They were Dr B. H. Wilsdon and Profesor Speakmani Dr Wilsdon was advisory assistant on wool problems to the British Government and director of the Wool Research Station, Torridon, England. He would arrive in Wellington early in September and would visit both islands. His itinerary would include Massey and Lincoln Agricultural Colleges. He would also meet members of the Wool Board and confer with growers and manufacturers’ representatives. *

Profesor Speakman was professor of textiles at Leeds University and would similarly confer with representatives of the industry. He was due io arrive in two months.
