In order to gain funds, the Manaia Sroris Club held their monthly donee in the Parun Bav hall on June 9. Among the large crowd were many visitors to the district. Extras were playedl by Messrs. A. and W. Maddox and C. Tim* nerley. while Monte Carlo and spot wallz winners were Mr. C. Hutchinson. Miss J. Boss and Mr. Atkins and Miss F. Christenson. , ... The lancers was very popular with the younger couples. Supper was served.
