Pressure On Argentine.
NEW YORK, March 6. The Chanultepec conference leaders believe they have dejjised a formula for dealing with the Argentine question, says the New York “Times” Mexico City correspondent. The formula prov.dcs. firstly, that Argentina will be given the opportunity to adhere to the Chapultepec decisions. Secondly', if Argentina does so and also declares war against the Axis, signs the United Nations declaration to abide by the Atlantic Charter principles, and does , not make a separate peace with the Axis, she will be welcomed back into the American family of nations.
