Paparoa Farmer’s Body Found In Farm Bush

The body cf Mr. Angus Macdonald Watt, 28. who had been missing from his home near Paparoa since Thursday, was found on Saturday in the bush on his farm, hanging-froth a tree in a-gully. A returned soldier of the present war. Mr. Watt was missed from his home and a search party worked on Friday and Saturday under the direction of Constable Yeoward, of Maungaturoro, about 90 settlers taking part. After the body had been located an inquest was opened by the district coroner (Mr. F. E. Cullen) and adjourned.. . Mr. Watt -.vent overseas with the First Echelon, being attached to the 4th Field Ambulance. Returning to Now Zealand he settled at Paoaroa under'the rehabilitation scheme. He and his wife were very highly regarded in the district.
