New Polish Cabinet
(Rec. 11 a.m.) ~ LONDON, Nov. 30. M. Kwapinski, who unsuccessfully tried to form a new Polish Government, has been appointed Minister for Finance, also industry and shipping, in the new Government. The Premier (M. Arciszewski) will also be Minister •Cor Labour and Social Welfare. Other members of Cabinet include the Foreign Minister (M. Adam Tarnowski).
