Mr. P. W. Hill, Northland Commissioner Of Scouts
(Spec.) DARGAVILLE, This Day. An announcement that he had accepted the office of Northland district commissioner of Boy Scouts was made by Mr. P. W. Hill at a meeting ,ol' the Dargaville* Rotary Club when Messrs G. Woolley, G. Seed and C. P Butler, of the Whangarei Rotary Club, and teachers and. prefects of the Davgaville High School were guests. Mr. Hill said that in the Northland area from Warkworth northwards were SQO scouts. 200 of whom were in the Northern Waii’oa district. It was proposed to divide Northland into four districts in which it would be necessary to set up organisations to promote the work of development of growing youth.
