(PA.) WELLINGTON, This Day The I-lutt Harbour Commission heard evidence of the New Zealand Shipowners’ Federation, opposing the establishment of a separate port for Hutt Valley. Wairarapa district local bodies, while nor opposing the scheme, stated it was unnecessary, and they did not wish to be involved financially in a project which should be the responsibility of the locality immediately served.
