The trades unions should be represented at the peace talks when Germany is defeated, declared Sir Waller Citrine, according to the Paris correspondent of the ’Press. Sir Walter, who is president of\the S ter national Federation of Trades ions; went to Paris to fcssist in the Construction of French unions.
