(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Minister for Finance (Hon. W. Nash) has announced arrangements similar to last year had been made forremittances to service personnel overseas for Christmas and New Year. The maximum amount is £4O, New Zealand currency. He urged that the money be lodged, at a bank before November 25,
