Sullivan (Oppn.-Bay uf Plenty). , , , r The Minister recalled that the cen sus which should normally have been Liken in 1941 was postponed to a year not later than 1945. The difficulties and disadvantages of taking a census under war conditions were considerable. particularly as preparations foi taking it must be made long in advance of the actual date.
