CANBERRA, This Day AU restrictive immigration formalities will be waived to facilitate settlement of United States servicemen in Australia after the war. This has been announced by Senator Collings, Minister-in-Charge of Immigration, who said that many enquiries had been received from American soldiers about the possibility of settling on the land in Australia.
