The appeal by Dr. Isdale, of Ngaruawabia, against being struck off the medical register, was continued yesterday when the Court of Anpeal in • formed the Solicitor-General at the conclusion of the case for appellant that they did not wish to hear respondent on questions of fact. The Solicitor-General then stated that the only question of law was the submission of respondent that the term “infamous conduct” is broad enough to include conduct sufficient to out a person up on.tria lfor a criminal offence.
