The change brings under a single command the American 13th Air Force, which lias fought a successful campaign against the Japanese in the South Pacific, and the American sth. Air Force, which hits established Allied air mastery in the South-West Pacific.

By special arrangement, Kcnter's world service in addition lo other special sources of information is used in the compilation of overseas intelligence published in this issue and all rights therein in Australia and New Zealand are reserved.
