(Ree. U.3G a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. A denial that his firm contemplated operating a land plane service to Nev Zealand before the end of the war. has been mad-- by the managing director or Australian National Airways (Captain Holman). He said that machines suitable for me service were not at present available, nor was there any early prospect of their being acquired. An earlier message said an oiler to operate a land-plane service between Australia and New Zealand had been reported tP have been made to the Commonweal!;': Government bv Australian National Airways. II was said that the organisation was prepared to use a large type ol aircraft capable of flying from Australia to New Zealand and return in one day. Australian National Airways are the largest airline operators in Australia.
