SA.LE OF LAND The land to be offered consists of two blocks, one known as the Homestead block, and the other as the Runoff. The Homestead block consists of approximately 217 acres, being allotment 240, allotment 58, and allotment 225 in the Parish of Waiwera. The Run-off consists of 216 acres, being part allotment 182, and part allotment 74 in the Parish of Waiwera. The Homestead block, which is situated about 1J- miles from the Silverdale township, is all in grass, except about 5 acres of plantation, It is well subdivided and watered by troughs and streams. The buildings include one large all-electric house, electric cowshed, 3-unit garage, etc. A Government cottage is also on the property at present. The Run-off is ring fenced, but not subdivided. There are about 40 acres flat, balance undulating. About 70 acres have been broken in, balance unimproved. Conditions of sale may be inspected at the office of the Auctioneers.
