(Special) KAITAIA, Monday. Estimates presented at the last meeting of the Mangonui Hospital Board show a decrease of £825 in the levies on contributing local bodies. Following are the figures: Estimated expenditure, £22.952; receipts, £9601; balance of £13,351, to be contributed by local bodies £5915 and Government subsidy £7436. For the year 1943-44 the amount of levy was £6740,
