New Badogiio Cabinet
(8.0. W.) RUGBY, April 23. Badogiio announced on Friday evening, the formation of a new Government on a broadened basis, slates a Naples correspondent. With the exception of the Ministers of the three services, who are unchanged, and the Finance Minister, who is an .Independent, Cabinet posts go 1o the members of six Opposition parties. A Communist has been appointed Un der-Seoretary for War, and a Socialist Under-Secretary for the Navy. The Un-der-Secretary for Finance is also a Communist. it is announced that fho members of the new Government are:— Premier and Minister for Foreign Affa i rs.—M arsha l Bad ogl io. Minister for War.—General Orlando. Minister for the Navy. Admiral De Courten. Minister tor Air.—General SntulaHi. Minister for the Interior. —A Christian Democrat (unnamed). Minister for Finance.—Signor Quintiere (Independent). Ministers for Education and Public Works are from the Action Party. Minister for Justice.—A Liberal. Minister for Communcations. A Liberal Democrat. Minister for Agriculture.—A Communist. Minister for Labour.—A Socialist. Two Communists, one Socialist and one Christian Democrat are amongst the Ministers without portfolios. Among these Ministers are Count Sforza and Professor Benedetto Croce.
