LONDON, April 21. German second front propaganda lias taken a neat turn with a broadcast of what purports to be a picture bf Allied preparations, says Reuter’s. The German Radio National, broadcasting in English, said: “The Royal Navy already is concentrating in home waters. It is the greatest concentration of ships since Dunkirk and includes craft from the French, American and other Allied fleets and the Italian fleet. Troops are leaving London, which is becoming moie and more deserted by British, American and colonial troops. Trains daily are leaving London and taking men to Channel ports and ports on the east and south coast.”
