Finland Stands Pat
LONDON, April 13.
A secret session of the Finnish Parliament yesterday voted confidence in the Government after the Foreign Minister (M. Linkomies) had outlined the Government's views on the latest Russian armistice proposals. The Stockholm correspondent ; of the Associated Press says the vote is interpreted in Stockholm as meaning that Finland has again rejected Moscow’s terms.
