Says Details Of French Resistance Known
(Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 15. The Vichy Minister for Propaganda (Philippe Henriot) announced over Vichy radio that the police have arrested the general staff of the French l’esistance army. We now possess a vital iist of the names of all the resistance leaders inside-France. A courrier just leaving for London was also arrested.
“The seized document reveals that the resistance army has spent 150.000,000 francs pi’osecuting its Avar plans. "Evidence was also collected that the whole secret army is concentrated in Paris, preparing for when the Germans rush to oppose invasion. This army is prepai’ing blood-baths the like of which ha\’e never been known in history.”
Fighting French headquarters in London formally denied Henriot’s claim (hat the general staff of the army of resistance had been arrested.
