Disqualification Lifted

(P.A.) WELLINGTON. This Day. Disqualification of six months on H. Brickman, owner, S. McGreal, trainer, and the horse Salmi, imposed by the Matamata Racing Club and confirmed by the Auckland District Committee, was removed by Racing Conference Appeal judges, who sat till after midnight on Friday night on the appeals of Brickman. McGreal and the jockey. R. W. Shaw. Shaw's appeal was disallowed. The judges were Messrs H. F. O’Leary (Wellington), F. P. Kelly (Hastings), and S. C. Tonks (Hawera).
