-WOOLTON (8.0. W.) RUGBY, February 24. “Work for all was his aim,” said the Minister for Reconstruction (Lord Woolton) speaking at Manchester. He said that the Government’s aim was not seeking schemes to deal with unemployment—they were preparing to prevent it.
