Will Force The Return Of Loot By Axis

NEW YORK, November 23. The United Nations’ Relief'Rehabilitation Administration plans to force Axis countries to return loot from conquered territories for the assistance of their erstwhile victims, says the “New York Times” correspondent at Atlantic City. It also recommends that former enemies be obliged to pay for the relief they receive from the U.N.R.R.A. This provision indicates a determination that Italy should not profit from her “about face.” The conference allocated contributions to the administrative fund of 50,000,000 dollars. The United States is called on to pay 40 per cent., Britain and Russia each 15 per cent.,’ Australia 1.5 per cent, and New Zealand .3 per cent.
