Mediterranean Commission
WASHINGTON, September 23. Representatives of Britain, America and Russia will meet soon in North Africa to establish a Mediterranean Commission, said Mr. Cordell Hull addressing a Press conference. He added that China’s participation had not yet been decided, but China would always be kept familiar with matters in that part of the world.
