Trade Unionism.—The Anglo-Soviet Trade Union Committee concluded its third session in Moscow, says Moscow radio. Aerial Towing.—The War Department has announced that two fully-loaded gliders were towed on a record, non-slop flight of 1243 miles, carrying special maintenance equipment from Texas to North Carolina. The previous record was 1177 miles. Sea Patrol. —A Norwegian naval communique states that, a light coastal force of the Norwegian Navy on patrol in the North Sea last night Wits many times attacked by enemy aircraft. An F.W. 190 was shot down and two other aircraft were damaged. Tiie Norwegians suffered neither casualties nor damage.
