The King And His Home Guard
RUGBY, May 16. The king took the salute at a parade oi the Home Guard in Hyde Park m celebration of the third anniversary of the formation cf the force. Over 5000 officers and men, representing units throughout the country paraded. The Irish Guards band maintained a seouence of march tunes during the march past. The was greetedby the Secretary for War (Sir, James Grigg and General Paget. Lieut.General J L. Devers, newlv appointed Commanding-General of the United State,-,.
