Transporting Tanks
LONDON. March 6. One tank transporter company carried 3000 tanks in the course of two months during the Western Desert operations without loss of a single tank. The same R.A.S.C. unit carried into battle the record number of 256 tanks in one convoy at a critical stage of the fighting.
