“The circumstances are exceptional and the prisoner's O.C. gives him a good report.” said Mr Justice Fair, admitting a Maori soldier. Dick Tohu. 20. to probation for three years for unlawful carnal knowledge at Whangarei. Conditions were that prisoner should marry the girl, according to premise, when she became 10. and that ho should pay 7/6 a week for the maintenance of the child.
