“Like To Confuse Enemy”

RUGBY, February 10
The First Lord of the Admiralty (Mr. A. V. Alexander) informed the House of Commons that Mr. Churchill would deal with the U-boat position in a statement on the war situation. Mi’. Shinwell drew attention to the difference in the statements made in Britain and America and asked that an informed statement be made to clear up' the confusion. Mr. Churchill said: “We like to confuse the enemy.”
