Japanese Sea Losses

WASHINGTON, March 8

“Seapower,” the magazine of the United States Navy League, compiling a list of Japanese naval losses, says that Japan has lost at least 40 major warships of a total fleet of 260 ships.

The magazine specifies the losses at two out of a total of 10 battleships, a further seven out of 46 cruisers, a further 13 out of 125 destroyers and also 13 submarines.
