Air Training Corps, Whangarei Unit

“Arrangements have been completed for the formation cf a town -mil of the Air Training Corps in Whangarei,” .stated Squadron-Leader W. £. R. Bloomfield today. The North Island Divisional Commander of the A.T.C. further stated that training would commence with a parade on Monday, March S, at 6.3 J p.m. at the Y.W.C.A. The. cadets have been placed in two flights. At the parade they will bring sandshoes, shorts, notebooks and pencils to enable a good start to be made.

Any youth between the ages of lot and "l 8 years who has not yet joined the Air Training Corps can do so if he reports at this parade, where full particulars can be obtained.
