Mr. H. M. Vincent supplied the following special forecast to the ''Advocate” at noon to'day: Overcast and showery especially in the west. Mild to warm temperatures. Strong north-westerly winds. Rough seas on the west coast. Further outlook: Unsettled with occasional showers, more particularly in the west.
