Export Of Woollens To Be Licensed
(Rec. 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Nov. 17. The export of woven tissues and blankets containing over 15 per cent, of wool will be prohibited from November 21 except under license, rtates a Board of Trade notice. It is intended later to allot export rations to exporters for certain destinations, including Empire countries.
