..ver Press Association. —Convrient] WELLINGTON, Inis Day. i Representatives of the majority of tramway and municipal bus authorities in the Dominion met in Wellington today, the chairman of the Auckland Transport Board (Mr J. Sayegh) presided. The aim is to form an association to 1 provide the benefit of pooled knowl- . edge, administrative and technical. It ' is suggested that bodies with an annual transport revenue • of over £IOO,COO should be entitled to two elected representatives and two officers, and others one elected represeni tatjve anß one officer. J The proposed name of the assoeia- | tion is the Public Passenger Transport Association of New Zealand. Annual conferences are envisaged. Discussion is proceeding.
