Mr, H. M. Vincent supplied the following special forecast to the “Advocate” at noon today: Further heavy rain, but improving. Mild temperatures, becoming colder tomorrow. Strong northerly winds, backing by west to south and increasing to gale force. Seas rough. Further outlook ; Improving tomorrow and conditions becoming fine.
