German Motors Using Wood Gas
LONDON, November 13. The Berlin radio says that only lorries designed for the use of wood gas are now being built in Germany. Frivate cars are also extensively using wood gas.. There are now 50 wood gas producing centres and 700 filling stations. More than 2,500,000 cubic metres of timber have been used for the production of the gas this year.

This is not the moment to retire or become defensive. “If we have oil for only 10 weeks we must immediately push ahead with more determination than ever to the Caucasus and get new oil.” Incapable Leadership Describing the hardships of the German soldiers through bungling by incapable men, the announcer asserted that capable leaders must be given control-men capable of rescuing the Germans from their terrible plight.
